HABITATS Architects & Engineers is a registered firm having two wings, the architectural wing and the construction wing.
      The architectural wing undertakes after site inspection, the design, the preparation of architectural drawings including statutory approval, structural design and drawings and detailed cost estimate.
       The construction wing takes up the execution of work at site from the setting out to the final completion. The work is carried out on the clients account as if the client is actually doing the work himself and the Firm assist the client in arranging the labour, purchasing materials and carrying out the work at the site. Technical supervision shall be done by the Firm. The accounts shall be kept in the name of the client on a separate ledger, maintained by the firm with all necessary vouchers for the purchases and labour charges. The ledger account will be closed and handed over to the client with vouchers at the end of every month.
